Jellyfish: Phantoms Of The Deep
A new feature at Sea Life Great Yarmouth showcases jellyfish, the creatures at the centre of a global population explosion that has scientists seriously worried. Not even the common moon jellyfish most frequently seen around the UK, and a star of the Sea Life Centre's new 'Jellies' exhibition, is as innocuous as it seems. Like other jellyfish it feeds on fish eggs and larvae and can hoover up as many as ten baby herring every hour.
