Brighton lads playing crazed amphetamine psychobilly. The guitars are loud, primitive and classic-sounding; the drums rub shoulders boisterously with the bass - and the wafer-thin singer Guy McKnight does everything but bleed for their musical cause.

Post-punk five-piece fronted by the enigmatic Leila Moss. With a definitive ‘don’t-give-a-damn’ attitude, The Duke Spirit simply ooze cool in the geeky unknowing way that Sonic Youth or The Velvet Underground did before them. Duke Spirit’s sound is a more modern, up-to-date version of their predecessors angsty guitar led punk, but there are certainly comparison’s to be made – in Leila’s drawling vocals and the bands thrashing guitars. The Duke Spirit are the kind of band that will make music history, maybe not for doing anything big, but simply for being around and making the kind of quality music that will stick in the minds of music fans for years to come.

Imagine the rawness of Sir Lord Baltimore with the heavy groove of Free. Add to it the melodic styling of The Sweet's heavy B-Sides and you're getting close to what is unleashed in the music of Gentleman's Pistols; a sound reminiscent of many of the great unsung bands of that era and with it a completely original and organic freshness of its own.

Souljacker played the Riverside Stage at Cornbury as schoolboys in 2005 and have since developed their unique brand of music. They are influenced by acts like Led Zeppelin and Hendrix plus current bands like Opeth and Clutch, but with a twist of funk that always excites their audiences. Their material ranges from out and out rock'n'roll to high-energy jazz-funk to 'lighters out' soulful tunes.
