An all live soft rock/pop/AOR covers band based in the Gateshead area, Borderland have built up a solid following and have received rave reviews across North East pubs and clubs. A five-piece band comprising the superb vocalist Mark Harrison, lead guitarist Gavin Dawson, rhythm/acoustic guitarist/bassist Alan Hudson, bassist/keyboards player Les Smith and drummer Dave Peckett Senior. The band play a variety of songs by many of their favourite artists including Journey, Hall & Oates, Toto, Def Leppard, Jefferson Starship, REO Speedwagon etc. to modern day material by Crowded House, Orson, Maroon 5 and Paolo Nutini etc., with their fantastic trademark 3 & 4-part harmonies to the fore.
