The current cathedral - the fourth to occupy this site since the year 604 - was designed by Sir Christopher Wren and built between 1675 and 1710 after its predecessor was destroyed in the Great Fire of London. The following attractions are included in the admission price: Our Multimedia Guide uses film, new photography as well as a detailed commentary to offer an effective interpretation of this unique landmark. Available in 12 languages. Scheduled guided tours led by cathedral guides run four times daily. Individual visitors can join these on arrival. Approx 90 minutes (spaces are limited). Oculus is our award winning 270° film experience that brings 1400 years of history to life.
