The Guildhall in Gloucester is, well, small!
Despite this, when a band plays, you feel more connected to them!
The venue is small however the acoustics inside are amazing.
The bar is only a 20 second walk away form 'the main stage' - that's if you don't want to get your drinks from the bar inside the main hall! It also easy to find and as it is in the centre, not far to walk for accommodation or refreshments!
The guildhall is the best place to go to see a band as you really feel they are playing to you. Festivals have hundreds of thousands of people however this small intimate venue couldn't hold more than 300 people in - although it has been tried!
