Been here a few times over the years , went in August to see The Manic Street Preachers do a warm up gig before the bank holiday festivals, forgotten what a great venue it is, small with a brilliant atmosphere and the drinks were normal bar prices not like The CIA and other venues where they rip you off.
We stayed at Etap hotel just out of town £32 a night for upto 3 people about £4 by taxi into town, we drank at the Wetherspoons in town so all in all a good night out which didn't cost the earth.

went to see heaven 17 abc human league on the 12th dec had a great night out.everyone was soon singing along to eighties classic hits.everyone had a good time not a hint of trouble.phil oakey was superb lots of energy not bad for a 53yr old fogey!
