Went to Sonisphere this weekend just gone (1-2 Aug 2009) my first festival and I have to say I was impressed with the facilities, hot showers, cash points and loads of places to buy stuff......Great atmosphere and the weather was very kind.  All the people were wonderful and we were truely festivalised by the time we left.  Great to have so much security on site and plenty of friendly people to help you if needed.  I must apologise to the people in the tent next to us for shouting at them to be quiet, but I did feel that 14 solid hours of listening to their stories and hearing them have morning sex was justfication enough for asking (all be it a little aggressively) to please be quiet, but they were very good about it and I hope it didnt spoil their time at the festival.  Of course the toilets were a horror but acceptable in such situ's and the man who came round to hoover out the horridness has my complete respect....A great place to go, safe, feirndly and well equipped......
