What a wonderful night. Alison not only has fabulous voice, her personality shone through. We could see why she and Dawn French are friends...and...what fantastic figure. ...3 children too! Her band were brilliant but a special mention for the pianist who got a finger stuck between two keys but still pulled off a great solo. Alison obviously has a great rappoprt with all the band as well as the audience. Loved her Freudean slip "I'm only a teetotaler when I'm not drinking"

Alesha had a lot to live up to within her solo career and had personal hurdles from which to emerge triumphant..

Her performance certainly reflected this, by her energy and awe inspiring show.
She reflected publically upon her new role on strictly come dancing, and thanked her fans for their ongoing support. Also remembered the shout outs to specific audience members, and was genuine in her approach to these.
I especially liked her revisitation of the mis teeq medley, and her ongoing energy throughout.

A great concert, and i would definitely go to see miss dixon again.

This was my first time at the colston hall, and i am aware it has recently undergone a refurbishment. Very nice. Was it always a sit down venue?,  as im not sure this is the best for this sort of event, also audience members were asked to sit down when they got up to dance... Not sure if this wasnt just health and safety gone mad, after you can hardly attend a gig and not dance...
