This is a great venue, as it is reasonably small, theres room to mosh, and its still big enough for the big names. for instance i have seen Bowling for soup, bloodhound gand, zebrahead, army of freshmen and funeral for a friend here. There are three bars, and the "lobby" area is rather large, so you can see what merchendise you can buy clearly.

I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this is one of the best live music venues in the country. It's certainly my favourite.

With a capacity of 3000 (mainly standing for rock gigs) it's large enough to have a great atmosphere (and attract the big names) but small enough for you to get a good view.

There are three bars, including one very large one in a separate room, so you won't need to queue for ages, and as a council-run venue, the prices are pretty reasonable too.
