I went to see Ida last night at Acadamy 2, Manchester.  She was awsome.  At one point i thought she was going to faint from exaustion!  She was a powerhouse of vocal grit.  She engaged with the crowd well and taught us all how to bring down a tyrade of swear words to a man in Norweigian.
Her sence of humour was on show, comparing her broken guitar to a woman with PSM and stangely also called it voluptous!
She played all the songs off her album to the delight of the crowd and included one or two new ones and finished with the clasic i like you so much better when you're naked.

I went to see Ida Maria at the Thekla last week and it was an amazing gig. She really puts her all into performing, and has an amazing voice! Not a dull moment the whole time!
