Event Date: April 9, 2008
Event Venue: The Royal ALbert Hall (Fundraiser for TCT)

When Noel came on stage the Royal Albert Hall literally exploded with applause and cheers... however they were soon stifled as we all realised that it was Tom Meetan (Noel's double of his alter ego Vince Noir). The real Noel did eventually silence the imposter and begun his comedy routine.

His comedy is like nothing I have heard before. It is so surreal and bizarre yet so fresh and full of life. "Anyone who walks in now will KNOW this is a Fielding gig!!"

Noel throughout the gig promised us surprise after surprise which he delivered. Razorlight made an appearance performing acoustic versions of some of their more popular singles.

At the end of the gig a velvet curtain with the Mighty Boosh logo on them dropped revealing the newly formed 'Boosh Band' along with Julian Baratt, Dave Brown and Rich Fulcher. It was their first time performing live and they did not disappoint. They performed a number of Mighty Boosh songs including 'Electro' and 'Charlie'.

Not only did I have one of the best nights of my life but I also knew that it was all for a good cause that it was clear that Noel was very passionate about!
