Saw Andy Parsons last night and he was hilarious. We follow the comedy circuit and have seen quite a few of the other stand up artists but Parsons was very different. Political and quite intelligent humour, a good alternative to the usual (but much enjoyed) observational humour! A two hour show in the smaller auditorium, total value for money. The Lowry is an excellent venue for watching comedians!

The sometimes dry but very intellectual side of mock the week. Andy Parsons is pure genious. I really dont know where he comes up with them from unbelivable. I cant wait for the new serious to begin. " George Bush is an idiot" is perhaps the most simple line ever but the way he said it on an episode of " Mock the Week" the studio roof nearly came off. I'm going to try and get tickets for his newcastle gig I've seen some of hi stand up on Youtube and it looks fab. Hope to see all you die hard fans there :)

I saw Andy Parsons at one of his early tour dates, back in October last year in Pontardawe . He did not disappoint! There was no support act at this venue and Andy must have done nearly 2 hours, with a break in the middle. He was on the ball with current stuff and I must say hardly any of it was material I'd seen on TV.

All of us who went said he was absolutely brilliant and we came out trying our best to remember some of his stuff, but there was so much, delivered in his unique style. If you want a good night out, and want to see a great stand- up at his best, grab a ticket to see him-NOW!. Miss him at your peril!!

Possibly one of the most underrated comedians around at the moment. I went along not really expecting too much. He is funny on mock the week but not overly funny. However, this does not do him justice at all. I left the show believing that Andy is one of the better comedians I have seen and I have seen alot of them. I would recommend him to everyone
