Saw Men Aloud on a crisp autumnal night of fireworks and merriment.Choirs are a big thing to us Welsh. Every song chimed with stunning reverence and inspired melancholy. Their Version of The Beach Boys " God Only Knows " bought tears to my eyes and shone a light into my soul. "All By Myself " is a song of such sadness, yet hope radiated far across the valleys in their hands. A Stunning Concert, of pop charm and grandiose hymnal inspiration. Not a Dry eye anywhere!,
a moment of tenderness and clarity captured in time.

Saw OMA last night in Liverpool, not for the first time and they delivered a throughly entertaining and professional performance. They sing with the warmth and polish of a good welsh choir but have so much more in their repertoire than the usual. A good mix of traditional, modern and musical theatre enhanced by some great "dance" routines to add that bit of showbiz. As previous recommenders have said some songs bring a tear to the eye whilst others make you roar with laughter.  A new tour is planned for Nov/Dec which is due to be announced shortly, would certainly recommend you get tickets if you enjoy great entertainment.

I am not a choir person but saw Only men Aloud in May CIA and thought they were great agree with Frances Swansea they bring a shiver down the spine and cannot wait until next CD out in September. Where have they been hidding such talent.?
