Hi, my name is Sabine I'm from Twickenham, and I have just seen a piece in the press about Alvin's tour - tickets for the Bournemouth gig did not sell and I can't understand it.  I've seen him several times, the first time was on Cliff's Rock Gospel show back in 1984 recorded for the BBC, he was as usual, on fine form! He has also recorded tracks for former Radio One DJ Mike Read's Betjeman CD Words and Music, so he is still very much in demand!  I'd love to see him again on his current tour it's been a long time since we last met!   Hope this is of interest to all Alvin fans out there.

Hi my name is Helen from Solihull, I was a fan of Alvins years ago and I had an urge to see him again at the Barn in Birmingham. I am so glad I did, his show was brill and I would certainly go again.

I saw Alvin earlier this year and have to admit was a little dubious! After all, I was a big fan of his music in the 70's but that was a very long time ago.
If you like Alvin - you must go and see this show, it's absolutely fabulous I enjoyed it so much and I'm hoping he comes round our way again because I would definitely go.
