Scottish platinum-selling singer-songwriter, an acclaimed West End stage actor, operatic baritone, Sunday Times best-selling author and an Ambassador for The Prince's Trust. He first gained fame in 2001 while studying English Literature at Edinburgh University, after appearing on the British talent competition Popstar to Operastar - a year later millions voted him to the finals of the hit TV talent show Pop Idol. He changed his name from Darius Danesh to Darius Campbell in January 2010.

I've always thought he had great voice and he proved it when he won "Popstar to Opera Star". I saw him at Newmarket racecourse, in "Chicago" and in the illfated "Gone With the Wind" he was excellent every time. I can't wait to see him in "History of the… (cont'd) Jean from Letchworth
