Fame 2007 - I expected the kind of brilliant intelligent wit of Animals or Politics, but this show didn't really deliver. Jokes about terminal illness and poverty don't really make me laugh and the only genuinely funny moment was Gervais' reply to a heckle from the audience - too rude to repeat, but incredibly quick and witty. It says something  that the only high point of this act for me was an unscripted gag. This tour might have been the quickest sell-out comedy show of 2007, but personally I'd rather have watched 'Animals' on DVD again....
