Paul Lacey's 17-piece British big band keeping alive the spirit of the music of Count Basie. Voted the UK's no.1 big band in 2008, 2009 & 2010 because of its exciting and amazingly accurate portrayal of Count Basie's music. All the Basie hits are there, including the Count's signature tune One O'Clock Jump, Corner Pocket, Vine Street Rumble, Shiny Stockings, Flight Of The Foo Birds, and of course April In Paris.
