I have seen the Cavern Beatles twice in my home town of Port Talbot, South Wales, and I have to say they really do recapture the sound of the Beatles in a big way. I was only four years old when the Beatles disbanded, so obviously I never got to see or hear them live. So thank you Cavern Beatles for giving me an insight into what the greatest band of all time would have sounded like live on stage- may you continue for many years to come! These guys are really worth going to see.

Totally agree with Annamarie. Great band, great gig on Xmas eve, I'll guess 400 here bopping? 2 +1/2 hours which as songs are only 3 mins long is a lotta material plus some 'beatle' banter - created the correct mood. Thanks guys. By name you guess right that play mainly the early hits, plus B-sides and album tracks for fanatics and just the upbeat later hits. If you want more of later stuff and slower like Pepper, LucySD, All need love, Hey Jude, Let be etc then they may play this on different nights or try out Bootleg Beatles (who have in Pepper uniforms too). I'll be seeing these guys again though with mates. They played in cavern (collarless) suits then the Help roll necks, then abbey road outfits, authentic kit too - a great show all round. Highly Recommended band and venue. Nice crowd here.
