Al Murray - "The thinking mans man".
Having seen Al live some 5 or so times, I always leave the show still crying with laughter. He basically says what many of us think. Al is an extremely clever man, hiding it well under his bigoted, xenophobic red jacket. A truly funny comedian with a very quick wit. One of the best shows I saw was a small Camden pub venue where he compeered the show in aid of sick dogs..demanding money for the animals from all of us - ....or else he would kill them..you had to be there!. Keep it up Al

Al was absolutely fantastic, we laughed from start to finish. The way he interacts with crowd is genius and the young theatre worker , who had blagged front row seats really got hammered about being "confused". He even climbed over the seats to confront a banker. Excellent show, can't wait to see again!!!!
My husband and I are big Al Murray fans and we went to see him at the Tivoli theatre Wimborne which is a small place and very intimate. His show was a knock out and it never fails to amase me how he can remember and weave everybodies names into the show! I think I nearly broke a rib laughing and had to be helped when he sang ' I'm a believer' in perfect German sporting lederhosen! All in all I don't think you get much funnier than Al!
He was fantastic, such a laugh. Picked on me all night as I was on the front row, even did the conga with him on stage!! He had me crying with laughter, looking forward to his next show in my area, which I will deffo book tickets for, Lynsey, venue - Southpot Theatre

Al Murray made a good impression to the crowd at the Newcastle City Hall. The show went down a storm. He was determined to prove there was a God (and that he is indeed British) and shouting at bankers (which is something most of us want to do right now). If you're in the front row you know what to expect by now. You'll get picked out. Whatever you do, DON'T TURN UP LATE unless you want to be part of the show and you want to be humiliated. Funny from start to finish. After the show he agreed to do a signing, which is more seen at intimate venues as the crowd went outside and around the corner. Worth it though. Really nice guy. A great nights entertainment praising the loyal pint.
