I saw Richard Hawley at The Sage Gateshead September 2007 and he was absolutely fantastic.  I have been searching for a date in the hopes that he will return to the North East but sadly no follow up dates have been planned.

Discovered Richard Hawley a couple of years back - having booked to see him on a Friday night for something to do.

Within a few months I had bought most of his back catalogue and seen him five times.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ive seen richard several times keeps getting better,love the rock'a'billy ones,cant wait for new album,hope theres a few on  for me to cover,anyway as we say in sheffield  if tha dunt go an see im tha wont no wat is like,keep strumming Frankie Starr.

I am going to see him tomorrow (17th Oct) in Liverpool. Cant wait to see him!
