Elton John for Hyde Park's British Summer Time, Tuesday 21st May, Read more
The Rocket Man has been confirmed to play BST at Hyde Park on Friday 12th July. He will be supported by former Kinks frontman Ray Davies and Elvis Costello.
The ultimate showman, Elton first hit the charts in the '70s with a plethora of hit singles. One of the top selling artists worldwide ever since, Sir Elton has branched out to writing for musicals (including his award-winning soundtrack for The Lion King) and does a phenomenal amount of charity work. He also found time for a 25 year stint as chairman of Watford Football Club.

Elton is a fantastic showman and the concert was amazing. As usual the piano playing was awesome. If anyone is thinking of going to see Elton then I suggest you go! The whole concert is out of this world Teresa from Barry
