To what Rob.J has to say, I would like to add that they were /are always one of the best bands around to trip to! Most people visiting this site  should remember the squatting scene back then, and how the likes of Gong/Here and Now were as likely to be found on the turntable as Crass/Subhumans!
Great to have them back.Now-where are Omega Tribe?

Rubella Ballet formed in ‘79 via a bond between Sid Atom (Flux of Pink Indians) & Zillah Minx. Anarchy in the U.V. (Overground) is the 1st of a 2 CD series from the files of Rubella Ballet (‘79-’85)-& look out for a 2nd issue (‘85-’08) in ‘09. The feel of 70’s Siouxsie/Penetration/Crass /The Slits & the NYC No Wave scene make for a rebel riot. A DIY ethic & social conscience offers true anarchy born out of the gutter, fuelled from squats & firing at the mainstream! For the 80’s forget the fancy- dress chart dross of Spandau Ballet, go to the day-glo death rock of Rubella Ballet! Napalm noise NOW!
