Booking Fees

What are Booking Fees / Transaction Charges?

Ents24 does not generally receive any money from the face value of the tickets we sell. Instead, we charge a per-ticket booking fee which helps to cover the running costs of our website, including our free artist alerts, and providing a dedicated customer service team.

Ticket face value

This is the price set by the event organiser or promoter, and usually makes up the biggest part of the total amount you're charged.

Booking fee

This is a per-ticket sales commission added by Ents24 for handling the booking.

Transaction charge

This is a per-transaction charge that covers costs including postage & packaging and credit card commission. This charge is higher if the event promoter has asked us to send your tickets out by recorded delivery.
