Customer Service - Tickets

To provide you with the widest possible choice, ticket sales from the Ents24 website may be handled by our ticketing partners at Ticketmaster, See Tickets or Ticket Web. When you place your order, please make a note of which vendor is fulfilling your order in case you have an enquiry.

When Will My Tickets Arrive?

Often, tickets are not released by the promoters until near the time of the event. If you have not received your tickets a week before the event starts, please get in touch using the details below.

(If you're buying tickets as a present, you can print out a handy Christmas Gift Certificate here).

Tracking Your Order

If you know your order reference number or confirmation code (it's given to you on the order confirmation page and also emailed to you) please enter it below to access the correct customer service details.

If you have not received your tickets 7 days before the event and you have also lost your confirmation code, for help. (We reply to emails between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday. The customer service phone numbers below are open 24 hours.)
