What a charismatic performer!!  I've already booked my next appointment with the Doctor! [less]

Live Review of Queen & Paul Rodgers
by Maggie T from Washington

Have been a huge fan of Paul Rodgers since my teens...he is certainly one of the very few singers who could cover the songs Freddy immortalised.  Saw the Newcastle gig and left early!  The sound, at floor level was apalling! ....certainly didn't reach me!  I have seen... [more]

Have been a huge fan of Paul Rodgers since my teens...he is certainly one of the very few singers who could cover the songs Freddy immortalised.  Saw the Newcastle gig and left early!  The sound, at floor level was apalling! ....certainly didn't reach me!  I have seen many bands at the Arena, and never encountered this problem before.  Felt like grabbing the sound guy (just a few metres from me ) and telling him to take the b...... cans off and hear what I was hearing!  Some improvement in levels after an hour or so...but by then I was frankly, rather bored!!!  Sooooooooo disappointed.
