Recommendation for Jazz Jamaica All Stars
by John from Littleborough

Jazz Jamaica are great on record (Massive) but you have to see them live to really appreciate them. It is impossible to sit down through their whole performance. Every music lover can enjoy them even though they feature the very best of British jazz musicians (Denys Baptiste, Soweto Kitch, even Andy Shephard). Go see them - they are a delight!!! [less]

To criticise them, if somewhat unfairly, some of their filler tracks are very weak and they need to step up their song writing if they are ever to make it out of the super tiny venues they are currently playing. However, I genuinely felt that they were up to the task and I definately look forward to seeing them again soon. [less]

Recommendation for Mad Professor
by Lyndie from East London

Absolutely wicked -I saw  Mad Prof at Jazz Cafe earlier this year and we jammed 'til our feet hurt. If you like old skool reggae with a funky twist this is the sound for you.
