would have enjoyed this event a whole lot better if we did not have to queue for one and a half hours to get served at the bar then a further hour for our next drink, when got to bar it had run out of lager, so missed out on a lot of the concert which i am sure would have been great so feel a bit cheated due to this, perhaps an extra 10 pound onto the ticket price and allow people to bring their own drink in would be a better solution because i would gladly have paid an extra tenner which in turn would have allowed me to see the entire event. Saw him in 98 Wembley Bad Tour - THE BEST performer on the planet. What a showman - he gives total value for money. He is truly the King of Pop, his music, dancing and performance is second to none despite anything his critics will ever say. I've been a fan since he started singing at 9 yrs of age and true creative talent can seem weird to cynics but his reputation for making excellent music speaks for itself!! Fantastic can't wait for July at O2. [less]

Rumours Of Fleetwood Mac

Seen 4 times in 4 years, usually at Derngate Northampton. Always a brilliant show. Have to compare these to Fleetwood Bac which saw most recently in Oct 08 at Stables, nr MK for a change and to copmpare. Rumours of....do more Peter Green era than 'Bac' about 5-6 songs compared... [more]
Seen 4 times in 4 years, usually at Derngate Northampton. Always a brilliant show. Have to compare these to Fleetwood Bac which saw most recently in Oct 08 at Stables, nr MK for a change and to copmpare. Rumours of....do more Peter Green era than 'Bac' about 5-6 songs compared to Bac's two. 'Stevie' is slightly better (both very good though), 'Chrissie' same (also uncannily accurate) and they do some Lindsay vocals whereas don't think 'Bac' did any Lindsay at all (apologies if missed it). These did song off latest CD too. Great sound and will see BOTH bands again. Rumours of ..seem to fill the larger seated venues, so it maybe hard to dance and not obstruct the views behind. We may prefer 'Bac' if we want to dance! Catch them both! [less]

I have seen Chris De Burgh in concert on numerous occassions and have never been disappointed. He is even better live than on recordings and always gives excellent value for money - several hours of songs and no support group. He is fantastic with a band or orchestra but my favourite is when he sings just with his guitar or piano.
Many people just think of 'Lady in Red' when they hear of Chris but he has so many amazing songs from beautiful ballads such as 'Missing you' to the really rousing 'Revolution'.
I would 100% recommend this guy and I can't wait to see his new tour - Footsteps. [less]
