I am currently an unlimited customer and overall I am satisfied with the cinema. However I find that the extra-charge for the 3D glasses unreasonable; especially if you already have a pair of the 3D glasses. In the beginning Cineworld stated that the extra charge was to improve quality of 3D projection, now they are stating that they are trying to minimise the cost of and production of the same 3D glasses.
I have already purchase my 3D glasses at least 10 times and therefore I feel robbed when as yet, a need to pay for another pair over the counter if  I want to see any 3D feature. Cineworld should be fair to customers who already has a pair of the glasses and therefore not charge them and they should even be fairer to those -like myself who already paid in the advance for features as I watch a film or not.
