Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine -

Formed in London in 1987 by Jim 'Jim Bob' Morrison and Les 'Fruitbat' Carter, Carter USM shot to fame with their second single 'Sheriff Fatman', a high-octane dance/rock crossover track telling the story of a South London slumlord. The band became famous for their live sets, accompanied by a wall of spotlights and copious amounts of stage-diving. Carter split in 1998, but re-formed for a one-off memorial gig in 2007 for their friend and frontman of MC4, 'Wiz', and the overwhelming success of that gig promoted them to reunite for a limited number of one-off shows in 2008.
