Self confessed 'music nerds' Matt Skiba and Josiah Steinbrick have joined forces to become Heavens. The housemates from Los Angeles quickly bonded through a mutual love of music and as a direct result of Joe's incredible imagination as a player and Matts beautiful and sometimes eerie vocals the debut album - Patent Pending was born. Alternative Press gives it 5/5.
