Shawn Colvin's career began in Texas in the 1970s, finally winning a grammy for Best Contemporary Folk Album in 1991 and making breakthrough success in 1995 for 'A Few Small Repairs', the single 'Sunny Came Rome' reaching the Top Ten in the US. Shawn has also made guest appearances on The Simpsons.
