Brothers Jed and Jack plus friend Robin make up The Motorettes, formed in Tynemouth in the interests of creating two minute pop songs in the form of 'an instant burst of emotion coming towards you at a hundred miles an hour'. Their songs are about girls, and they stress more than anything the effortless togetherness of their music.
