Sky Saxon Tour Dates

In early 1965 the man his mother knew as Richard Marsh formed THE SEEDS, playing music that was raw and simplistic, with one note guitar runs, a music made special by Sky's idionsyncratic vocals. Their biggest hit single 'Pushin' Too Hard' took a year from its release to reach its top 40 position in 1966, but it was followed by further US hits in 'Mr Farmer', 'Can't Seem To Make You Mine' and 'A Thousand Shadows'. The Seeds remained popular with audiences, especially in LA, with their overt drug references and blantant sexual overtones meeting the approval of the psychedelic scene. Sky Saxon has played several dates in London over the last year with a youthful group of Seeds replacements. - Dirty Water Club, London.
