The Tangent is a musical project that involves seven of the most dedicated progressive musicians of today. Taken primarily from two of today's most prolific progressive bands - The Flower Kings and Parallel Or 90 Degrees - that core is augmented by the legendary Van Der Graaf Generator saxophonist David Jackson, and the up-and-coming solo artist Guy Manning. A line-up that historically spans the whole of the progressive music era then.
