Sanchez, born Kevin Anthony Jackson is noted for doing reggae covers of songs such as The Green Green Grass of Home, Let It Be Me and reworkings of Tracy Chapman tunes. Well known for his mellow voice, Sanchez started singing in church before making his recording debut in the late 1980s with Lady In Red. The Jamaican born, Reggae Sunsplash star epitomises elegance and style when he performs crowd pleasers including Wild Sanchez, Love Mi Lover Bad (a combination with DJ Florigan), Fall In Love, If I Ever Fall In Love Again, Pretty Girl, Amazing Grace and Frenzy along with many other tracks. 2003 proved to be a momentous year for Sanchez who was inducted in the International Gospel Hall of Fame.
