David Lee Roth -

Along with guitarist Eddie Van Halen, 'Diamond Dave' Roth was the centrepiece of Californian rockers Van Halen as they gained a huge international following selling millions of albums worldwide. Roth's outrageous stage antics were matched by his 'bad boy' wild lifestyle behind the scenes. After repeated disagreements, Roth quit Van Halen in 1985 to pursue a full-time solo career. Rumours of a reunion with Van Halen never happened, and Dave continues to knock 'em dead with his live shows.
