A night of psych-pop heaven! The Apples feature Elephant 6 main man Robert Schneider, responsible for twiddling the knobs on many American pop records of recent years including the first LPs by Great Lakes and Dressy Bessy on the Track & Field label. As usual there are plenty of Brian Wilson dustings scattered throughout but with extra helpings of power pop melody and noise for good measure. Perfect!
