Festival Players (1) Tour Dates

The Gloucestershire-based Festival Players are a talented touring company of professional actors and musicians, renowned for their outstanding open air Shakespeare performances. Every summer they take their show to around 60 locations around England, Wales and Scotland – from National Trust properties to London squares, village greens and Scottish castles, as well as appearances at The Three Choirs Festival and Worcester Festival. Directed by Michael Dyer, the small company consists of seven or eight actors who play all roles. The last four years the productions have been all-male, involving quick costume changes with men doubling up as women!
