Malarchy rip the Klezmer rulebook to shreds, inviting Romani, Balkan, and Jazz guests to a never - ending party. Passionate, intricate, fast, and extremely danceable music from this Bristol, Bath and Somerset-based world festival quintet. Malarchy are led by violin diva Nell Farrally, and harmonically inventive guitarist Cris Pierssene, with percussion from the legendary Russ Oroonie, accordion from the classically trained Klezmer maestro Jo Levine, and rock steady bass provided by Jane Harwood.
