Rubicks

Rubicks are Vanessa on electric guitar, synths and vox, Marc on bass, filters and samples and Simon on drums. Rubicks were spawned from an underground network of artists, filmmakers, designers and musicians that used to hang and party in the sub-terrain vaults of Kings Cross/St Pancras Station where underground DJs surrounded them. These influences soon rubbed off on Rubicks' style, both audio and visually combining looped based grooves with electro stabs, synth keyboards, repeat-effected vocals and the unmistakable influence of New York punk.
