Purveyors of Rolling Stone favourite single 'Rich Girls' and other pervasive gems of American Indie Rock, it's The Virgins, of course. After forming in 2005, the band's infectious EP wormed its way into the underground of New York City, their home. Signing to Atlantic in 2008, the band released their first album, The Virgins. They've toured with The Pigeon Detectives and opened for Sonic Youth and Patti Smith.
