The Soldiers artist photo

The Soldiers - Corporal Ryan Idzi and Sergeants Richie Maddocks and Gary Chilton - made history by becoming the first group of serving members of the armed forces to hit the British pop charts. They are soldiers first and foremost, having served in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait and are real life heroes, having been awarded several medals between them they can be called up at any time. Their two top 10 albums, Coming Home and Letters Home, released in the space of a year, exceeded sales of 800,000 and have helped raise over half a million pounds for Army charities. The Soldiers have performed for Her Majesty The Queen at The Royal Variety and at The Festival Of Remembrance.

Have Your Say

    event date: april 7, 2010
    event venue: Symphony Hall Birmingham

Me and my wife went to see The Soldiers at the Symphony Hall Birmingham on the 7th April 2010. What a mix of serious songs and pure entertainment from The Soldiers and support acts. I would fully recommend for people to go… (cont'd) Kevin from Hednesford
