Meryl has delighted comedy audiences, hosted pop concerts and performed at the Hammersmith Apollo, supporting Frankie Boyle as part of his national tour. She appears regularly on Big Brother's Bit On The Side, Channel 5. A talented and sought after gag writer, she has worked on numerous flagship panel shows and comedies for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Dave; as well as being joke writer for magicians Noel Qualter and Andi Gladwin. Radio credits include writing and performing her own comedy series ‘The Hysterical Method of Conception’ for Woman’s Hour (BBC Radio 4) and a Sony Radio Academy Award Nomination for Best Breakfast Show. An experienced journalist, Meryl has been a favourite feature writer for Mark “Kick Ass” Millar’s magazine CLiNT, having previously worked extensively for Time Out.
