Nu metal band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1993. They disbanded in 2003 after ten years together and three albums, but announced a reunion in September 2011 with original members B. Dez Fafara and Meegs Rascón plus Mikey 'Bug' Cox, along with new bassist Chela Rhea Harper.
