His accolades include Songwriter Of The Year – Juno Awards 2009, Best new Solo Artist in the Rock Category at the Canadian Radio Music Awards, and Last FM's Artist Of The Week in June 2010. City and Colour's live shows have sold out thousand-seat venues across his native North America and respectably-sized European shows weeks in advance, including an April 2011 performance at the UK's treasured Royal Albert Hall, which sold out in mere hours.
