Rose began writing music in 2009 and collaborated with likeminded friends in Peckham, South London in under the moniker ‘Wap Wap Wow’ - a 9 strong group consisting of a string quartet, choir and drummer.
Having spent a year exploring the potential of her music, Wap Wap Wow disbanded and Rose devoted a solitary month to songwriting in Rhoscolyn, North Wales, inspiring the stunning ‘Glass’ and ‘Eurydice’.
She has since continued to collaborated with cellist Kate Burn and violinists, Benji Jeffrey and Penny Klein, and percussionist Duncan Thornley.
