Post-hardcore six-piece from Kentucky USA. Pounding drums and heavy guitar riffs combine with frontman Jonny Craig's soaring vocals. Unlike Craig's previous band Dance Gavin Dance, Emarosa features no screamed vocals, allowing Craig to take center stage in the vocal department. Thus 2010's eponymous 2nd album on Rise Records is a smooth but noisy ride.
