Formed in 2012, The Black Feathers have already been busy touring the country, enticing and captivating audiences as they go. Ray Hughes and Sian Chandler draw their influences from a number of high quality wells - Americana and folk influences rub shoulders while edgy rock sensibilities peek through their tight harmonies. Their spirited melodies burst with promise and have helped them waltz their way with ease onto many stages including those of the prestigious Cambridge Folk and Maverick Festivals. They have also embarked on a well received 8-date tour in and around Nashville, Tennessee, earning themselves a growing fan base overseas. Their superb debut EP, Strangers We Meet came out in February 2014 and continues to garner huge critical acclaim.
