Gormenghast
St Leonards sixth form use all their theatrical know-how to bring to the Byre stage the distinctly gothic world of Gormenghast ‘bound by iron laws and dead rituals’. Within this world two young men struggle to make their way; Steerpike the manipulative kitchen boy who seduces and murders his way to the pinnacle of power, and Titus Groan, heir to Gormenghast, ‘who comes to threaten its very existence’.
