Kate Rusby

Kate Rusby is steeped in her local traditions and tonight showcases the carols and songs learnt through her childhood in her native South Yorkshire. Come along to hear new variations of familiar carols mostly unheard outside the area together with a selection of old favourites.

This un-missable evening of entertainment will feature songs from Kate's two Christmas albums of Yorkshire-inspired songs and carols together with one or two songs from her new album due for release July 2014. As ever, Kate is touring this festive season with her hugely talented and intuitive band, complete with the enchanting sound of the brass quintet who join her each Christmas tour - you will be treated to a rousing Christmas celebration!
